I just finished putting yet another fake antivirus software to death. If I ever find out where those people live, I am going to burn their shitty Ukranian village to the ground like a goddamned Teutonic knight from hell. I guess I should start taking riding lessons to get ready for that...
I didn't buy my waifu a Valentine's present, which made me feel kind of sad. I spent all day in bed asleep, slept 14 hours. I think I'll buy her some chocolates after school tomorrow.
You are banned! ;_;
You have been banned from /jp/ for the following reason:
Repeated abuse of the image field (avatars)
Your ban was filed on February 15th, 2012, and expires on February 22nd, 2012, which is 7 days from now.
>>107
You must have been trying really hard for that to happen.
moot made a sticky on /jp/. It's almost as if he cares.
Is it just me, or is touhou no longer allowed on /jp/?
I've been posting a lot on /vg/. As someone that likes video games and hates /v/, this board's perfect for me. It seems like moot drew a lot of inspiration from the textboards for it... long threads, more threads displayed per page, and megathreads/generals/what have you. It's great for discussion. All he needs to do now is fix the reply numbering system to work like 2ch's and we'll have a great board.
>>110
Nah, it's allowed, but check my trips.
>>112
I'm glad you agree with me.
>>113
What do you think about web 2.0? I don't like it.
Forget what I said on >>112 about moot having a decent idea. He sucks.
>>114
I hate it. Web 1.0 looks better to me and is much more entertaining. Walls of text are fulfilling on a much deeper, more meaningful level than seeing celeb-of-the-month's tweets.
Hmm, I've been posting on /a/ a lot, and people seem to like me alright. I wonder if /jp/ misses me at all.
>>115
The only thing I like about My Little Pony is that makes people angry for no discernible reason. I'm going to miss it in /b/. I'm serious...
Thought for the day: Twitter without the character limit would just be Livejournal.
>>115
But that's a good idea since we can redirect stupid Pony fans. The sad thing is that moot clearly seems to like MLP.
>Hmm, I've been posting on /a/ a lot, and people seem to like me alright
Well, considering you're not making threads left and right and spamming the board, yeah, they're bound to be more welcome. Remember your early days at /jp/? Yeah.
>>118
I don't hate MLP, and the show hardly makes me angry. What does piss me of is the obnoxious fanbase, the ones that obsessively spam their ponies when people express disapproval of their show. So I guess I hate them just as much as any other overtly obsessive fanbase. Even Touhou fans behaved the same way, remember the Touhou hijacks? Not exactly the same, granted, but they became such a problem that moot needed a whole new board for it ( not just for it, but you get the point I'm trying to convey here, right?). Also, here's an interesting twitter: twitter.com/futuristipastic
>>117
/a/ kind of has so many terrible tripfags that one more bad one isn't even noticed. Also, did you know that you have at least two or three stalkers? N-not that I want to stalk you or anything, you just happen to be where I go.
As for me, I just had dinner with acquaintances instead of myself for the first time in years! I'm breaking on out of this NEET shell, don't you know it.
So I'm looking at a site that deals with shipping containers... yeah.
Anyway, this particular site has fucking google adchoices on the side which conveniently lists three of this site's competitors. Doesn't that seem like a bad idea? What else are they going to suggest to anyone visiting such a very specific type of site? So I see you're planning to move something large across the ocean. Would you like a weight loss plan or real estate scheme to go with that???

Great! How was it? I can't remember the last time I ate with someone myself. Doesn't feel as bad as it sounds though.
<Tokiko> I'm more of the go out to a cabin out in the middle of the woods and fanatically carve wooden sculptures of internet celebrities type
<Tokiko> i carved 150 statues of Shii alone in 2011
>>128
There are some links to youtube videos with him somewhere on this thing...
>>128
He posted an image of his face to his twitter at some point. Look there.
http://pgp.es.net:11371/pks/lookup?op=vindex&search=0x7DDDA6E4EB33C1DF
so he really is avery morrows like everyone said all along.
oh my FUCKING god guys what IS going on here!?
>Sex-changing treatment for kids: It's on the rise
-or- The collapse of Western civilization: It's right around the corner!
>A small but growing number of teens and even younger children who think they were born the wrong sex are getting support from parents and from doctors who give them sex-changing treatments...
Oh, come on now. Really? Do you really think the child is making this decision? Do you really think the child is capable of making this decision??
>An 8-year-old second-grader in Los Angeles is a typical patient. Born a girl, the child announced at 18 months, "I a boy" and has stuck with that belief. The family was shocked but now refers to the child as a boy and is watching for the first signs of puberty to begin treatment...
EIGHT YEAR-OLDS, DUDE. EIGHT YEAR-OLDS.
>Offering sex-changing treatment to kids younger than 18 raises ethical concerns, and their parents' motives need to be closely examined, said Dr. Margaret Moon, a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics' bioethics committee.
Behold, a voice of reason!
>Some kids may get a psychiatric diagnosis when they are just hugely uncomfortable with narrowly defined gender roles; or some may be gay and are coerced into treatment by parents more comfortable with a sex change than having a homosexual child, said Moon...
Wow, this is actually more fucked up than I could have possibly imagined.
>The report details 97 girls and boys treated between 1998 and 2010; the youngest was 4 years old.
OK, that's it. I'm done here. I'm out. It's over. Fuck you guys. Seriously. I'm going home.
What the ever living fuck? I am deeply concerned about this. Remember the whole Satanic Ritual Abuse thing that turned out to be bullshit? What about the Multiple Personality Disorder thing that turned out to be bullshit? What happens when this turns out to be bullshit??
If they can make the decision of changing sex, then they can decide whether they want to have sex or not. Right?
>>138
And now we've backed a lot of people right into a corner. I'd rather not do that.
I'd rather say to these lunatics that they should try raising their child in a sane setting. Tell the child the truth: they are a boy, not a girl (or whatever). Let the child decide when they have a far better understanding of the implications of the decision they're about to make. Don't leave this up to eight year-olds (dude). I'd play with my cousins my little pony things as a child (granted they did more racing/stunts in my version of the game). No one thought I wanted my balls lopped because I briefly wasn't 100% focused on trucks and guns.
I'm convinced the parents are behind all of this.
Another thing is that this has to be a huge draw on health insurance and everything else. I'm sure these parents shop for a doctor willing to tell them what they'd like to hear for the right price. There have to be doctors who nod and calmly tell them that children have phases and will probably grow out of it. Then again, they need only find the doctor more than willing to rip off insurance and the parents in order to make tens of thousands of dollars.
I'd really like to see what the average income of the parents of these kids is. I bet you don't run into this problem among low income brackets.
Breaking news! /b/ implements 2ch-style ID.
Interesting. This should cut down on samefagging? On the other hand, I don't think people actually pay attention and read. And who do we have here:
>(ID: ILgbUPZi) 02/20/12(Mon)10:25:01 No.382483928
>I was one of the people who emailed about the IDs thing. Thank you for implementing it!
>Though don't talk shit about pre-4chan culture. Everything you know you learned from shii and 0037, and you're still wrong.
SHII AND I ARE INFALLIBLE FONTS OF WISDOM.
OH SHIT. hold on. Need to shut things down.
>>142
Infinite hooray!
Also am I the only one who gets 403 on the homepage?
>>147
Everyone got that. I didn't want my site swamped by idiots. On the other hand, it was a couple links in the middle of thousands of posts. There was a slight uptick in traffic, but nothing dramatic. I'm just paranoid...
A few notes regarding the shitstorm:
And now one more thing:
>>150
I've seen better gets. I suggest you work harder, maybe try for triples, or hell, maybe even a 1000 GET. Now that would be impressive.
>>151
1000 GET? Those only happen on movies and TV. Everyone knows that 0037 deletes threads nearing 500 posts (see his Hello, World post).
>>152
He deleted a lot of threads, actually. /subback.html used to have a whole lot more threads, now it only has 34. I distinctively remember there being more than that!! Explain yourself, 0037!!
>>153
I configured it wrong. I actually didn't expect anyone to post. They were just pruned. I can probably recover them from backups...
It seems like I get banned every 3 days from 4chan. Am I cursed?!
>>155
What the hell are you doing to get banned so often? It can't be anything good.
>>156
I just post on it the same way I post here and on /dqn/ and the rest. (For the record, I was once banned from SAoVQ, but Smoochy-sama unbanned me after I emailed an appeal). 3 days ago it was for "cry me a river." Today, "the image". What the hell does "the image" mean?! Or "cry me a river!"
>>157
http://archive.foolz.us/jp/thread/8600860/
Oh yeah, why would anyone ever oppose to such an image being posted.
>>161
Is there something wrong with it? Is it somehow offensive?
>>162
What does this have to do with me? I'm not the one that banned you, ask them what it is they find distasteful about the image.
Good news, everyone. "Is moot gay?" is still the second most-popular search string leading people to this site.
>>162-163
It's obviously off-topic. Posting off-topic threads repetitively = ban.
>>164
Wait wait wasn't there a thread asking why moot was so gay now?
moot gay is search moot gay
> For reasons I'll never understand, the top searches landing on this page ask Google “is moot gay?” and for “moot gay porn”
Are you telling me that is the main reason people end up in here? For the love of Pete, what is wrong with people.
Wow. First my little pony, then a board for homosexuality.
Moot IS gay.
I'm having a lot of difficulty wrapping my mind around this concept of "I don't like it, therefore it shouldn't be allowed." What the fuck is wrong with you people? There are so many other forces in the world conspiring to shut down sites like that because it's full of things that offend them... and yet the users will do the same from the inside too...
Seriously, you all got trolled by ponyfags. It would have just gone away if you hadn't freaked out about it. They won, yo. They won.
>>171
Gay enabler. You're just excited because now you have a place to ogle male genitalia. And ponies.
Whata fuck 0037 don't tell me you're a ponyfag, I was gay for you man, what happened.
>>173
I'm not. I just don't see what the big deal is. So between a thread full of bifurcated penises and one of CG boys being raped by tigers, we have a MLP thread. How is this the thing that set you off? It just seemed innocuous to me... besides, they put a lot of effort into their shit. I respect that. I don't care for it, but I can respect it.
I personally wrote, animated, and voiced the entire program. I did this with the full intention of mis-marketing it to autistic 20-somethings. Every pony thread on /b/ was started by me or my production company.
In the 2002 season, I pitched 31 1-3 innings in relief for the Kansas City Royals going 4-2, 10 HLD, 6 SV, and a 5.40 ERA. My career was cut short in an accident the following winter involving snowmobiles and LSD. Billy Beane once called me "mediocre at best."
I hold the patent on a special valve for gas cylinders used in deep sea welding. I speak fluent Persian and was twice published in Omni magazine in high school. My stories were so poor that they directly led to a decline in readership that caused the magazine to fail. I am really good at looking up things on Wikipedia to confirm the various nonsense I spout...
Oh shit, SV is the abbreviation for save.... glad I'm wasting brain cells remembering that!
Sorry, I thought it would be "SAV" or some shit and make me look like a total fool........................
>>182 I lost myself too. What were we talking about?
Do you...really dislike IDs so much?
I find IDs...
...most confusing.
What good are they, anyway?
Though it occurs to me, with admin privileges I can do whatever the fuck I want...
