I got stuck in a retarded group from hell for my Literature test. (Why the teacher assigns group tests, I don't know.) One of the questions was to talk about how Milton sees Satan or something. I argued that by saying that he was a wolf, what Milton really meant was that he was fierce, vicious, strong, proud, etc etc, and by comparing him to a bird, he was fast, and so on and so on, but my group members argued that by saying that Satan was a wolf, it meant that he could turn into a wolf.
Lucky me.

Don't you fucking lie now.
Bitch still keeps pruning threads and I can't figure out why.
There, I think I fixed it. Now let's try to recover some shit...
OK. I'm sure some shit is missing, but some shit has returned! Keep an eye out for strange behavior...
>>208
Is it just me, or are there posts missing. I definitely remember posting a RAN-TAN-TAN in an older thread.
>>206
Wait, I thought it was intentional!?
Let's summon WAHa_06x36.
>>206
Mhm. Check the config variables MAX_THREADS, MAX_POSTS and TRIM_METHOD.
Make sure MAX_POSTS is 0.

It was intentionally pruning according to configuration. However, my autistic users insisted on greater retention, and here we are: EVERYTHING PRESERVED FOREVER AND EVER (or until I stop paying my bills).
I'm so excited for w2con (AX). Should I make w2ch t-shirts or something?
Today I decide to stake out 0037's house. Nothing happened. He's asleep right now, I think.
This Tuesday, I think I'll try my luck at breaking in his house while he's away.
Ahh, it's been a while. What did I miss?

It's so ... empty...
Our good friend Cole Stryker, author of "Memes R Funni: Catz, LOL" is back, quoted in this CNBC article about Anonymous attacking Vatican web sites.
>“Anonymous is a handful of geniuses surrounded by a legion of idiots,” said Cole Stryker, an author who has researched the movement. “You have four or five guys who really know what they’re doing and are able to pull off some of the more serious hacks, and then thousands of people spreading the word, or turning their computers over to participate in a DDoS attack.”
I'd say it can't end well, but this guy hasn't gone away yet!

I had to Google Cole Stryker because I had no idea who he was.
School is going well for me. I got a 49/50 on my midterm for Psych. The multiple choice got me a 29/30 and for my two short essays, I just made scribbles that vaguely resembled cursive (and quite a bit of them, too). I got the highest score in the class and the teacher wrote ``Great comments!" on the front of my test. I'm not sure whether she was joking or serious.
I wrote an essay for my Sociology class and somehow was the only one that managed to use MLA format, have a proper thesis statement, and have five strong paragraphs. The teacher picked on me the most though... ah well, you get what you pay for with community college.
Why does 0037 close some shitty threads but not others? It makes me wonder. We need an ``Ask 0037 Questions" thread.
Kids: Lie, cheat, and steal your way through life. Anyone who suggests that lying, cheating, and stealing is somehow wrong is just a liar, a cheat, or a thief trying to reduce their competition.
Today, I did some internet research on some of the lesser known founders of Western Chan phenomenon, early 4chan moderators thatdog, Saber, and 0037. I have found approx. 12 pages of content for my book "Chanology: The History behind 4chan and Friends". Problem is, I need more images of them.
MSRP: $19.99. coming to stores everywhere this Winter.

I kind of want to make a zoo out of an old computer with the theme of "follow every link on /b/ with Internet Explorer"
I love going through eBay auctions for iPads and counting the number that are posted with the "eBay app for Android"
If Nevada isn't returning your love letters, there are other dreamy girls out there for the taking. This will be part of an ongoing series of world2ch pinups:
Alyssa "Ahmazing" Bustamante, 18
If you have issues with intimacy, Alyssa may be the girl for you. She won't be able to so much as hold your hand until at least 2028 due to the injustices of minimum sentencing requirements. All she did was murder a nine year-old girl just to watch her die. An aspiring writer, the then 15 year-old had this to say of her first time:
>I strangled them and slit their throat and stabbed them now they're dead. I don't know how to feel atm. It was ahmazing. As soon as you get over the "ohmygawd I can't do this" feeling, it's pretty enjoyable. I'm kinda nervous and shaky though right now. Kay, I gotta go to church now ... lol.
Positives: has accepted Christ as her Lord and savior.
Negatives: aol-speak, thrill-killing.
Alyssa is presently living in the fabulous vacation destination that is the Texas corrections system with few plans for the future. Maybe you boys could change that!
Let's take a look at reasons why films were banned in the past and recently:
Reenactment of the Massacre at Wounded Knee (1906): Banned in the USA due to its sympathetic portrayal of American Indians. (LOL)
A Serbian Film (2010): Banned in Norway due to its graphic depictions of rape, necrophilia, and pedophilia. (Oh shi
However much we may bitch and moan about censorship, there's no denying we've come a long way.
Today I sat around and did a lot of nothing. I feel like crap.
Today I sat around and did a lot of nothing. I feel great!
Facebook just raised $16 billion. That's a LOT of money. After all the bills are paid, they'll have billions in straight cash. The elephant in the room is: what the fuck are they going to do with all that money?
Basically, the way I see it, they have a few options:
UP $0.23!!!!*$&!&$^&!^!^&$^!!!!!!!!!!!
Wooooooooooooooooooooo what a roller coaster ride of a trading day that was! This is where fortunes are made, baby!
Oh wait, no one has money to blow on fad stocks atm.....
I jerked off a lot and played DOTA 2 today
Facebook: 32.82 +0.83 +/- 0.08 by the time I finish typing THIS.
Rich bitches moaning and suing because they didn't make enough money on the initial trades. Must be nice to have the full weight of the justice system for use as an insurance policy. Does anyone care for the peasants/lemmings who fought to buy junk w/o full disclosure? Of course not...
Today I went to Mitsuwa and bought the following items:
1 VIP milk chocolate
1 Yoshinoya beef bowl
1 Vermont curry mix package
7 packs of Shin Ramyun
1 午後の紅茶無糖 (bottled tea)
1 UCC black coffee
1 plate of katsu curry from Kayaba (came with salad)
1 coffee cream pastry, 1 corn mayo bread, 2 an donuts, 1 loaf of cranberry bread (sliced) from Pastry House Hippo
It was good times.
If you care, Lennox is a company that makes air conditioners. Why you'd want their app I cannot begin to imagine, but whatever...
This thread is brought to you by Lennox: Innovation Never Felt So Good(TM).
DOWNLOAD THE APP RIGHT NOW YOU LITTLE FUCKS. How will you ever know how much money you can save by upgrading your air conditioning TODAY???
The 31st of May. On this day in 1279 BCE, Ramses II became Pharaoh. This is the earliest event in history that can be paired to a specific date...
>"On this day, 1279 years before the birth of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ, blessed be his name, 2725 years after creation..."
Of course if you insist I put it that way, your particular religion probably believes it can tie specific dates to events like Noah's flood and Abraham's circumcision and so my point is invalidated by your faith anyway...
>In the future, everyone will be famous for 15 minutes.
>--Andy Warhol
>Andy lived in a time of mass culture. Everyone watched the same 3 TV channels, watched the same Oscar-winning movies, and read the same books from the book of the month club.
>Pop culture has fragmented. We read one of a million blogs, listen to obscure bands, and stream movies that are never released in theaters. Even "big stars" are unknown to most people.
>Now in the future, everyone is famous to 15 people.

HEY TOKIKO, WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR TUMBLR????
>>254
I got bored of being Tokiko. I'm sorry!
0037, come to these IRC channels:
irc.sageru.org #jp
irc.rizon.net #tokiko
Today I brought my site back online.
My girlfriend and I had some more serious discussions.
I watched my IRC channel grow and I made several hundred more posts with my new /a/ tripcode.
In the middle of the day, I applied for some jobs.
All in all it was an alright day.

How many of you are HVAC experts? I need to retrofit in a forced air heating system into an existing home that only has a wall heater and otherwise uses space heaters.

You should call a professional for that one.
>>273Smudge pots were my first choice.
Also, where the fuck is this economic downturn they keep going on about? I had two contractors reschedule on me yesterday despite my willingness to hand them all of my money. There's no shortage of work. Business is booming. They're making this recession shit up. People are putting foreclosure/short sale signs in their yards as a fashion statement.
Today I wrote on Neomodernism, my term for the philosophical movement to follow Postmodernism
Today I read "The Dialectic of Enlightenment." Did not enjoy it. Began reading "Being and Time"
I marathoned two animu series.
I watched Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei season one and read some more "Being and Time"
<Klang> you're all asleep like all good upstanding members of society are at one in the afternoon
Yeah, pretty much... You need to come in every night around the same time
I thought I died and went to hell today 'cause it's so HOT.
From the USA Today, in an article regarding horse slaughter:
>"It's ultimately a value question on how we value horses in the United States," says Wayne Pacelle, president of the Humane Society of the United States. "Last thing we're going to do is set up a commercial operation and sell the meat of dogs and cats in other countries. It's unthinkable."
...and I all I can think is WHY AREN'T WE DOING THIS?
An AP headline this morning reads:
>Colorado suspect was brilliant science student
Stay tuned for a minor purge of intellectuals (for our safety).
I'm sure she's a rotten girl, garbage.. .
Today I bought some cigarettes, then sat in a park and watched some fat lady try and push herself up an incline in a wheel chair. I, of course, did not assist her in her predicament for I was busy taking it easy.
Before I knew it, half the pack was gone.
I tried making instant yakisoba, the kind where you have to reconstitute the noodles... It didn't turn out so well. Next time I will not follow the half-assed instructions on the package.
I tried to figure out the point of a catalog mode, but gave up and made one without completely understanding how it would do anything useful at all.
There are threads on 4chan/the Internet in general which claim that the Colorado movie theater shooter is some sort of "false flag operation." Hold on, to put it in the proper conspiracy nut format, allow me to put that in all-caps: FALSE FLAG OPERATION.
You've got to be shitting me. It was just some crazy guy. Why not apply insane conspiracy theories to everything every crazy person does? What could that woman with fourteen cats be up to? DEVELOPING WEAPONIZED TOXOPLASMOSIS FOR THE ZIONIST PLOT AGAINST CHRISTIAN AMERICA. Guy yelling at cars all day? CIA OPERATIVE DISTRACTING YOU FROM FLOURIDATED WATER/UFOS.
Seriously, what the fuck.
My least favorite bureaucracies:

4. IRS
3. DMV
2. Comcast

I'm preparing to talk to a girl this fall. I just learned her name last semester, and now I need to ready my body so I can successfully attract her as a mate. Its going to be hard, but I can do it. I KNOW I CAN.
>>295
I've had a crush on her for 2 years now. I needed to do it.
Plus she looks like my waifu.
>>297
I don't know, but they're pretty slim. Too bad I already set myself up for failure by waiting 2 years to say something to her.
The worst part is I'm not even sure if the girl I talked to was her, since there was a year between that day and the last time I was 100% sure I saw her ;_;
>>298
Ah, well good luck!
In other news, It's 11 in the morning and I'm getting drunk out of boredom.
