I keep losing phone chargers. The solution is obvious: run the cable through a piercing so I can't leave it behind without causing myself extreme pain.

The headline is "Abuse story sparks outrage on social media."

That's great and I'm sure it did, but everything sparks outrage on social media.

Try it for yourself:
Insufficient Zika funding sparks outrage on social media.
Excessive Zika funding sparks outrage on social media.
Dodgers 12-2 loss to Colorado sparks outrage on social media.
Comic book character wearing slightly different costume in upcoming film sparks outrage on social media.

So it's not really a story.

Headlines are always terrible. What I loathe is "Political candidate branded hypocrite!" or "Political candidate accused of..."

Because every single time it's their political opponents doing it. WHO is doing the branding and the accusing is just as important as the branding or accusing itself. It's the press attempting to make those they dislike look bad by creating an illusion of neutrality where none exists.

It's the same with the way newsreaders do the headlines, you'll get for example: "Communism is great and works perfectly 100% of the time, according to a new study..." when a more useful description would be "According to a new study by the Marxist institute for full-Communism-now, Communism is great and works perfectly 100% of the time."

WHO did the study or made the claim is very important, and by ordering it the other way you appear to be making the claim yourself instead of telling the real story - that somebody else has made such a claim.

The doctors are pretty interested to know exactly which language she was speaking backwards after she started that fire. Or maybe it was the priest. Either way, all of this sounds pretty expensive.

Managed to install LR2 and get it running. It's surprisingly fun, but also piss hard. I haven't even beat one song yet.

>Jesse James Romero, 14, was gunned down by an LAPD officer during a foot pursuit at about 6 p.m. on Tuesday

Why does this keep happening? I'm not talking about people getting shot. I'm talking about people naming their kids Jesse James.

>Jesse James Hollywood is an American former drug dealer who kidnapped and ordered the murder of Nicholas Markowitz in 2000.
>Jesse James Hartnett was a Philadelphia police officer shot by an ISIS sympathizer.

Actually, the list isn't as long as I thought it was.

I don't think I'd enjoy a holiday in Cambodia much.

I think I'll go to Burma instead.
