Right now I'm downloading Swan Song because /jp/ recommended it to me. I hope it'll be good.
I have no plans for Thanksgiving. My father and sister plan on visiting the neighbors and my mother and her mother will probably see my mother's uncle for brunch. Me? I'll probably be online, (or, more likely, asleep).

I dare say it is the hip-hop album of the decade, 1990-1999, simply because it is extremely consistent and the lyrics are really good.
I challenge that with a 'Deltron 3030" album or "Cannibal Ox - The Cold Vein".

Can someone explain how exactly I get into touhou? I've played a couple of the games, but I just don't understand how the characters are that appealing.
Is there a "Start Here" kind touhou game that I missed?

The whole Touhou craze aren't just the games. The games are fun but the whole thing is in the fandom (fanmade stuff like music, doujins, art, etc).
Well, the thing with Touhou is that the games are just that...simple side scroller shooters. It's the fandom as someone mentioned. The characters in the games themselves have virtually no personality or characters, it's the stuff people have made up in doujinshi, CDs, custom games and so on that have created them.

Read doujin, hang out in different forums, listen to music, and jerk off to the porn. It's what I did to get into it.
I only use anonymous forums these days and I haven't looked back.
