Eiter way, I think in economic, quantity vs. quality, the most important is quality, but we need to understand why did USSR win WW2? Because they did quantity, not quality. Why did USSR fail the cold war? Because they did quality(economic planing). Economic planing is quality economics, because in USSR they sad, e.g.: this tractor shall hold for 20 years, and we need to produce 20 tractors, that is quality planing.
Thus we can see quality economic destroyed USSR in cold war.
How can one do quality economic that is not shit?
