2. Yes. The whole 4chan moderation team is fucked up. Who knows? There's too many users and too little roles. I think that good tripcode users should be made janitors. (This has been done in the past with moderate success).

Is there such a thing as a good tripcode user? I'd say yes, but there's no objective way to differentiate good from bad. What I find good/funny others just find STUPID TRIPFAG GTFO!&$

Do self-promoters necessarily make the best candidates? I think the last thing we need are people trying to make a name for themselves just to get the power to enforce their personal opinions online (about catgirl tits/video games).

I don't know. There are programs that grade essays. I don't know how that works, but apparently it decides what is good and bad according to some kind of guidelines.
